How Do I Register ?

  • You can Register by `SIGN UP` link at the Top. You can also register by using your GMAIL, Facebook accounts.

Are there any Registration charges?

  • NO, We do not charge any fees for Registration.

How Many Registrations can ONE individual have ?

  • ONE Email address will have ONE registration. But, you can add multiple address for delivery of products.

What are modes of Payment?

  • COD ( Cash On Delivery )
  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • Payment Wallets : BHIM App / G Pay / Phone Pe

Any Other Charges Required ?

  • GST will be paid as per Government regulations.

How to Use Coupon Code?

  • You have to use the coupon code at the final point, when your billing is done. You enter the code & automatically the amount will get deducted & invoice will get generated.

When will I get delivery?

  • Once you’re done with finalisation of products, you will have to fix the time slot of delivery. Any delivery placed before 7pm ( day 1) you will get delivery next day.
  • Place delivery before 7pm to avail next day delivery as per your convenience.

How you pack Vegetables & Fruits?

  • All products are Fresh, Handpicked, Cleaned. We have a very unique style of eco-friendly packing.
  • All products are weighed on digital weighing machine.
  • The weight & price shown on website, will the same for delivery, only might be some changes in grams (5%) for cabbage, tomato, etc. Accordingly you may charge.

Who does delivery?

  • We have a dedicated team for delivery, which will take care for your delivery.

Charges for delivery?

  • Anything less than 270/- : 40/- per delivery will be charged
  • Anything Between 270/- to 600/- : 30/- per delivery will be charged
  • Anything between 600/- to 1000/- : 20/- will be charged.
  • Anything Above 1000/- : Delivery FREE

Delivery SLOTS :

  • Slot 1 : 7.30AM – 10.30AM
  • Slot 2 : 11.30AM – 2.30PM
  • Slot 3 : 3.30AM – 5.30PM
  • Slot 4 : 6.30PM – 10.00PM

Delivery CUT off – TIME :

After mentioned time you cannot make any changes in delivery.

  • Slot 1 & Slot 2: Actual Cut off will be 7pm previous day.
  • Slot 3 & Slot 4: Cut off will be morning 11am on the day of delivery

Refund & Return Policy:

  • We have `No Questions Asked Return & Refund Policy`, your product will be taken back & a credit note of the same amount will released so that, you can use it while placing next order.
  • Perishable Goods : 48 Hours
  • Non Perishable – 5 days
